CDR Health’s Tallahassee Clinic Announces Insurance Updates

The Clinic is Also Now Offering Evusheld—an FDA-EUA Authorized Preventative Antibody Therapy

Tallahassee, FL – CDR Health, one of the leading COVID-19 testing, vaccination, and monoclonal antibody therapy providers in Florida, has announced that effective March 18th, all patients who have insurance that is not in-network with the clinic, will be able to access services at self-pay rates. For all others whose insurance is in-network, the clinic will continue to see and bill the respective insurer.

CDR Health’s Tallahassee clinic currently offers COVID-19 testing—including PCR (Nasal, Nasopharyngeal, and Saliva), Antigen, and Antibody testing, as well as Flu A/B testing and vaccine, Strep and RSV testing, COVID-19 vaccines, monoclonal antibody treatment, and telehealth services.

The clinic is also now offering Evusheld—an FDA-EUA authorized preventative monoclonal antibody therapy for individuals who are immunocompromised; or individuals who are not effectively protected by the COVID-19 vaccine or cannot get vaccinated at all. Individuals must also not be currently infected with COVID-19, have not recently been exposed to an infected individual, and meet the additional guidelines as provided under the FDA’s Emergency Use Authorization.

“We are pleased to expand treatment options by offering Evusheld—providing additional protection for those who are immunocompromised, unable to get vaccinated, and most vulnerable to the COVID-19 virus”, said Tina Vidal-Duart, CDR Health CEO.

The clinic accepts the following insurance: Cigna, Medicare–based on provider, and Medicaid–based on provider. A doctor’s note or a prescription will be required for those who are immunocompromised and seeking Evusheld therapy.

CDR Health’s Tallahassee Clinic is located at 1981 Capital Circle NE and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p.m. To learn more about their services, view self-pay rates, and book an appointment, visit
